With great pride we announce the 2024-2025 YCIS Beijing scholarship recipients and extend heartfelt congratulations to these exceptional students! The Yew Chung Yew Wah Scholarship Programme aligns seamlessly with our school's vision, values, and motto, and reflects our unwavering commitment to shaping the next generation of compassionate leaders. A deserving scholar embodies perseverance, dedication, a strong commitment to service, and pursuit of academic excellence.

The scholarship programme is a merit-based award that acknowledges and celebrates our students' diversity, pursuit of character development, talents, and academic achievements. Scholarship recipients are committed to upholding core values found within the rich history of YCIS, and to serve as role models, mentors, and leaders.

We applaud our scholars, and after a rigorous application process, the following have been identified as deserving recipients.

IGCSE / IB Scholars

The YCIS Beijing IGCSE/IB Scholarship is awarded to students who have consistently achieved high academic performance and have maintained a record of success. Additionally, candidates are evaluated based on their embodiment of our school's core values and vision, leadership in the school community and participation in extra-curricular activities. These criteria reflect our commitment to nurturing holistic students who are driven to continuously pursue excellence.

Subject and Talent Scholars

The YCIS Beijing Subject and Talent Scholarship is broken into a variety of categories, recognising achievements in academics, art and design, music, performing arts, sports, and community service. These categories represent initiatives from our students to create positive change in the school, society and the world.

Honourary Scholars

YCIS Beijing is committed to providing our students with a holistic, comprehensive and exceptional international education. We take great pride in recognizing and supporting our students' diverse talents and unwavering pursuit of academic excellence. These exceptional individuals have been selected as honourary scholars for their outstanding academic achievements and dedication to service.
