On 13 October 2023, Yew Chung Yew Wah Education Network (YCYW) celebrated Founder's Day to commemorate YCYW's founder, "Hau Cheung Po Po" Madam Tsang Chor-hang, who established the first Yew Chung school in Hong Kong in 1932. With the mission of "honouring China", she devoted her life to education with unparalleled perseverance and talent. On the second Friday of October each year, schools across YCYW organise activities to honour the educational vision and contributions of "Hau Cheung Po Po".
