Our YCIS Beijing Battle of the Books teams demonstrated exceptional reading comprehension and collaborative prowess in Round 3, securing a well-deserved 2nd Place and 4th Place! We are immensely proud of their dedication and teamwork!

AMC 8

With 14 students participating, we achieved phenomenal results!

• Zixuan W achieved a perfect score of 25, earning a place on the Honor Roll of Distinction (Top 1%)!
• Zixi H, Hsin-En C, Sushuo C, and Qihan W received Honor Roll (Top 5%)  recognition.
• Zixuan W, Zixi H, and Hsin-En C were also recognized on the Achievement Roll.
• For  the second consecutive year, YCIS Beijing received the School Excellence Award, with our top three students' combined scores exceeding 66

Caribou Mathematics Contest

• Cheng F achieved another perfect score of 36 in Rounds 2 and 3, following his Round 1 success, placing him joint 1st globally!
• Ethan D also achieved a perfect score of 36 in
   

UKMT Intermediate 
Mathematics Challenge

• Sushuo C (Year 8) earned the Gold Award and was named Best in School.
• Hanzhang L, Zeran M, and Ruoyi C received Silver Awards.
• Jiayue J earned a Bronze Award.

The Mathematics League

• Dongyu A received the Honor Roll of Distinction Certificate for the second consecutive round, maintaining his place in the top 8%!
• Mr George Brignall was recognized for his exceptional role in nurturing  Dongyu A's passion for English and Mathematics.
