Sweet sounds of summer filled our auditorium as our Primary students showcased their musical talents. The concert featured a harmonious mix of classic and contemporary melodies, with impressive musical medleys and solo performances on piano, violin, drums, and guitar alongside captivating vocal renditions and our very own YCIS Beijing Orchestra. "The Primary choir uplifted spirits with their delightful voices, performing ‘You Raise Me Up’ and ‘Firework’." The students' dedication and hard work shone through, dazzling the audience with their remarkable musical abilities.
Complementing the concert, our Primary and Lower Secondary students presented an exceptional art show. This vibrant exhibit celebrated the boundless creativity, vivid imagination, and remarkable skill development of our talented YCIS Beijing students. The event provided parents and families with a wonderful opportunity to mingle and connect amidst the awe-inspiring display of drawings, paintings, prints, sculptures, and fibre arts projects!
Alicia Milne, Primary and Lower Secondary Art Teacher, shared: “The School art exhibition highlights the incredible creativity of our students. A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful team of parent volunteers who assisted in installing the exhibition.
