  • A Day for Champions!

    Last week, on 2-3 May, primary school students at Yew Chung International School of Beijing (YCIS Beijing) took part in our second annual school sports day. At YCIS Beijing our annual sports day is known as Champions Day. Activities for Champions Day were once again held on the campus of our sister school YWIES, in nearby Yizhuang. Unfortunately, due to a school holiday for YWIES students, we were unable to unite forces this year, but a great Champions Day was had none the less!

  • Playing from the Heart: Years 1-3 Violin Concert

    On Thursday 25 April, Yew Chung International School of Beijing (YCIS Beijing) held its annual Years 1-3 Violin Concert. YCIS Beijing's young students treated their families and school staff to a magical musical performance. Invariably, the standard was exceptional due to the school's extraordinary violin programme.   • Twinkle, Twinkle Little Learners

    Recently at Yew Chung International School of Beijing (YCIS Beijing), Year 2 students invited their parents in to take part in their latest Celebration of Learning, which served as the climax to their unit of study on poetry.
