The following items must be received by the school before an application can be processed. Documents can be submitted in person or by fax, email, or mail. Any questions? We are committed to respond to you in one working day.
YCIS Beijing Student Application Form (completed in full, signed and dated) After completing the Electronic Application Form, please email it as an XML attachment to enquiry@bj.ycef.com. If you don’t have Adobe Reader, you may download now it for free at www.adobe.com/downloads/ .
- Photocopies of school academic reports/records, teacher recommendation letter and any other relevant documentation for the most recent two years. (For K 2-Year 2 applicants a teacher recommendation letter will suffice in the absence of available school reports/records). These reports/records must be in either English or Chinese, translated if needed by an authorised agency.
- Application Fee (non-refundable) of RMB1,660 yuan
- Cash (in RMB only); or
- Electronic/bank transfer (in RMB or USD) according to the information in the YCIS Beijing Fee Schedule document.
Note: Credit card and personal cheques cannot be accepted.
- One passport-sized photo for each child with the passport name of the child neatly printed on the back of the photo.
- Photocopies of official identification documents of both the child and the parents, as follows:

Once all the above items are received by the Admissions Office, we will contact you regarding any further information or assessment needed for your child. Once we complete our application review, we will issue you a decision promptly regarding application outcome.
